简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：三林镇现有94个老旧、拆迁小区，按小区物业现有的条件无法及时对居民产生的装潢建筑垃圾及大件垃圾进行清理，为了进一步落实三林镇老旧、拆迁小区环境卫生综合整治方案，改善居住小区环境卫生条件，确保小区良好的环境卫生。（具体内容及要求详见招标文件第二章-采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Sanlin Town currently has 94 old and demolished residential communities. Due to the existing conditions of the property management, it is impossible to promptly clear the renovation waste and bulky waste generated by residents. To further implement the comprehensive environmental sanitation improvement plan for old and demolished communities in Sanlin Town, enhance the environmental hygiene conditions of residential areas, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment within the communities (for specific details and requirements, please refer to Chapter II - Procurement Requirements in the bidding documents)
合同履约期限：服务期限12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: The service period is 12 months, subject to the date of contract signing.

Based on the credit records obtained from the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp. gov.cn) within the three years prior to the bidding deadline; 3.3 This project accepts consortium bidding; This project allows two bidders to form a consortium.
