简要规则描述：本工程位于芦潮港水闸北侧，属于世纪塘西侧堤，本工程为海塘附属工程，主要内容包括：新建彩色沥青人行步道、外平台道路修复、青坎绿化（含绿化组团提升）、乔木（含种植土）400棵、土方松填等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: This project is located on the north side of the Luchaogang water gate and belongs to the west embankment of Century Pond. It is an ancillary project of the seawall, mainly including: the construction of a new colored asphalt pedestrian walkway, the repair of the outer platform road, the greening of Qingkan (including the improvement of the greening group), 400 trees (including planting soil), and soil loosening filling. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

6.业绩要求：无；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Have a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction; 4. Possess a valid safety production license; 5. The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
